As you may recall, Netflix first announced its partnership with The Roald Dahl Story Company in 2018, when it acquired the ability to adapt the works of more than 15 books by the prolific author. A few years later, they went a step further and acquired the entire company in 2021.
Ever since Netflix took over the library of beloved books, they’ve mostly been flying under the radar.
