All seven seasons of the critically acclaimed FX drama save me has made its way to Netflix in the United States and several major international territories starting April 26, 2026. Here’s what we know so far about the rollout and which regions are currently included.

Originally announced for international markets, Netflix also unexpectedly secured the rights to all 93 episodes (seasons 1-7). In united states.

What about Netflix UK?
While America has now been added to the list, there is still no information about the series coming to Netflix in the United Kingdom.
- In the United States: This series is making a comeback on Netflix after a long gap. Although it was previously exclusive to Hulu, the 2026 deal brings Tommy Gavin back to its original streaming home where it previously resided until 2015.
