‘The Hawk’ ending explained

From the very first episode, Lonnie is ignorant of everything that is not golf; He also doesn’t come to the funeral of his former caddy, Old Henry (Keith David) because he was so eager to win a competition. This time, Lonnie attempted a relatively easy putt but missed by a narrow margin and Lance won the putt in the final using his father’s legacy club.
