Harlan Coben is one of the most prolific writers of our time, and if there’s one thing Netflix subscribers love, it’s a quirky, twist-filled mystery. Back in 2018, Coben signed a massive overall deal with Netflix to adapt his best-selling thriller into a Netflix Original Productions (later renewed through 2022 and again thereafter).
Fast forward to mid-2026, and now we have 13 Harlan Coben Show Streaming On Netflix. Productions have spanned the globe – from the reliable New Year’s Day UK release produced by Nicola Schindler’s Quay Street Productions (often featuring Richard Armitage!) to international adaptations for Poland, Spain, France and Argentina. you will notice that Safe (2018) is missing from this list. That’s because it wasn’t based on any book! Cobain created the story specifically for television with head writer Danny Brocklehurst.

Does a “Harlan Coben Cinematic Universe” exist? Yes and no. Because Netflix adapts stories from different languages and production companies, there’s no huge Marvel-style crossover connecting the British, Spanish, French, and Argentinian shows.
However, because almost all of these adaptations have been modernized and their primary time frame is based on the “present day” of the year they were filmed, The chronological setting is practically identical to the Netflix release order.
One major continuity exception: If you care about shared universes, you should check out Forest First hold tight. Both are Polish adaptations set in the same local universe, and hold tight It serves as a loose sequel, featuring returning characters dealing with the fallout from the first series.
