Who said team building is really about bringing the team together? Netflix recently announced the release date and shared first look photos Go team! (Spanish title Thanks, Equipo), a brand new Spanish dark comedy film coming our way this September.
Produced by Zeta Studios – the powerhouse production company behind global Netflix hits Aristocrat classAlso cut into painfully small chains olymp And Cuando Nadi Nose Way—Go team! The sinister promises to take over the corporate retreat and turn it into a hilarious battleground of betrayals.
Created by Adolfo Velor and Cristóbal Garrido and directed by Diego Núñez Irigoyen, the new comedy will officially arrive on Netflix globally. Friday, September 11, 2026. The film was first premiered on Netflix in January to be part of the Next in Spain 2026 lineup.
Here’s the official logline for the new film:
“The story is about the Tio Mochiles company, which years ago was the undisputed queen of Spanish cheese. Today, it’s a somewhat rusty enterprise just trying to keep up appearances. Their latest big idea? Organize a rural team-building retreat in the town where the company was originally founded.
But what was supposed to be a return to reconnect with ‘traditional values’ turns out to be an ambush when employees learn that mass layoffs are about to take place. What was promised an inspiring escape soon turns into a pitched battle of brown-nosing, betrayal and leaks. It’s a dark comedy about ramshackle offices, dishonest management, and workers who don’t have time to waste on modern team-building nonsense.

who is in the cast of Go team!?
If you’re a frequent viewer of Spanish Netflix originals, you’ll recognize many familiar faces in the cast.
The leads of the film are:
- alexandra jimenez (Innocent, 53 domingo) as Olga
- maribel verdu (Aristocrat class, final problem) as Pepa
- pedro casablanc (black mother, salvador) as domingo
- Raul Tejon (alpha male, girl in the mirror) as Marco
- blanca martinez (breathless, in love once again) as Laura
Rounding out the supporting cast ismael fritchi (Infiesto, Rec 4: Apocalypse) And Victor Rebul (queen of the south, girl in the mirror). Veteran actors will also have a special role in the film saturnino garcia (Shevarnatz) And pepe viuela (la caza).
