Filming for the upcoming eight-episode season is scheduled to officially begin in mid-September 2026 and end just before the holidays in mid-December 2026. The exact filming locations have yet to be revealed, but we suspect the main portion of the show will remain in the New York/New Jersey area and additional trips to Italy can’t be ruled out.
What to expect from Season 3?

With Kate encouraging him and physically helping him cross the finish line, the couple ended their Italian stay stronger than ever.
On the comedic side, Anne’s attempt to “reinvent” herself leads to complete destruction when she figures out Mark’s number, but discovers he has a girlfriend. A desperate attempt to prove she’s living her best life eat Pray Love Life begins a painful texting sequence, which culminates in her accidentally sending him a photo of her nether regions. Thankfully, a well-timed pep talk from Ginny encourages Anne to finally live for herself, leading her to move into Danny and Claude’s abandoned house in Europe. As the rest of the group departs and Anne settles into her newfound freedom, the finale throws up one last big challenge: A knock at the door reveals that her new neighbor is played by none other than David Tennant, perfectly setting the stage for a complicated Season 3.

Netflix has not yet officially announced the release date of Season 3, but based on the production schedule of previous seasons, we can make a pretty accurate prediction.
Because four seasons Relying heavily on single-camera, on-location shooting, its post-production turnaround is relatively fast for a 30-minute comedy.
